Our hotel and restaurant is always open from mid-March to mid-January.

Our hotel rooms are ready for occupancy by 3:30 pm on the day of arrival. The hotel parking lot is located approximately 250 meters below the hotel entrance, which can be reached via the paved Burgweg path. We are happy to transport your luggage from the parking lot to the hotel daily from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm using our electric vehicle. On the day of departure, the room should be vacated by 11:30 am at the latest. Please note, however, that our luggage service may reach its limits due to the increasing number and weight of luggage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to bring only as much luggage as you would be comfortable carrying yourself.

Unfortunately, we cannot bring luggage weighing over 25 kg to your room.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
