Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (email, letter).

Individual guests: If the contractual services are not used, the individual guest is obligated to pay 80% of the agreed price for the duration of the reservation, including breakfast. The hotel is obligated to make every effort to re-let any unused rooms in order to avoid losses. Cancellations up to 20 days before arrival are free of charge.

The group

b) For group reservations of 4 rooms or more, the following cancellation and change deadlines apply: up to 56 days before arrival = free cancellation; up to 42 days before arrival = payment of 50% of the agreed price. If the cancellation is made later than four weeks before arrival, or if the number of participants decreases by more than 10% as agreed, the booker will pay 80% of the agreed price for the missing number of participants, provided the rooms in question cannot be rented to other guests. Furthermore, any additional costs incurred by the hotel as a result of the booking must be reimbursed in full by the booker.
