Our castle hotel offers 31 comfortable non-smoking rooms and suites. Each room is individually and lovingly furnished. Our rooms with balconies or terraces overlooking the Rhine offer breathtaking moments.
Dogs and pets in general are not allowed in the hotel.
Our hotel rooms are ready for occupancy no later than 3:30 pm on the day of arrival. The hotel parking lot is located approximately 150 meters below the hotel entrance, which can be reached via the paved Burgweg path. We are happy to transport your luggage from the parking lot to the hotel daily between 8:00 am and 11:30 am and between 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm using our electric vehicle. Please leave your luggage in the vehicle – our staff will gladly bring it to your room. Unfortunately, we cannot transport luggage weighing over 25 kg to your room.
On the day of departure, the room should be vacated by 11:30 am at the latest.
Room rates include overnight stay with breakfast, welcome sherry, free minibar, exclusive access to the castle garden, and a visit to the tower museum (during opening hours).
